Responsibilities

• Runs shifts effectively with daily deployment sheet to ensure quality products, guest service and restaurant cleanliness while managing labor and food costs.
• Implements restaurant policies, holds team members accountable for actions and behaviors.
• Ensures food safety practices and employment law compliance; reports concerns to General Manager.
• Coaches team members as a mentor to promote growth and a high performing team.
• Monitors safety practices related to hazard communication and workplace safety.
• Performs opening and closing procedures and manages POS system operations.
• Responsible for restaurant cash management and inventory levels for shifts.
• Enforces proper uniform, grooming, and jewelry standards.
• Follows up on visitation and field reports covering cleanliness, hospitality, and overall appearance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
