Job summary

Culver's in Indiana is seeking a restaurant shift supervisor to run shifts efficiently and motivate the team so that every guest leaves happy.

You will help maintain Culver's standards for quality, guest service, and cleanliness, train staff, manage opening and closing, and handle POS duties.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred; you will model a professional appearance and uphold safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running shifts to meet Culver's standards for quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure product quality control, presentation and hold times.
• Review deployment sheet and adjust staffing for efficiency while controlling labor costs.
• Perform opening and closing procedures accurately.
• Coach team on safety practices per Culver's program.
• Demonstrate proficiency on all restaurant positions.
• Train team on all restaurant positions.
• Ensure team knowledge of products and guest service.
• Enforce standards of uniforms and appearance.
• Administer breaks per federal and state laws.
• Assist with mis-punches, voids, discounts and POS tasks.
• Run financial reports, count drawers, record deposits.
• Access financial data to complete weekly sales and labor.
• Complete Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist accurately.
• Enforce personal hygiene and food safety practices.
• Assign and follow up on weekly/monthly tasks.
• Model positive behavior through appearance and attitude.
• Attend manager and team meetings.
• Follow policies and procedures consistently.
• Document product waste on each shift.
• Follow cash counting procedures.
• Run daily POS labor reports.
