In the absence of management, you may open/close the restaurant and oversee administrative controls. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and strict adherence to company procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in shift management or restaurant supervisory role.
• Proven ability to coach crew and deliver consistent service quality.
• Strong understanding of food safety and operational standards.

• Drive fast, accurate service and maintain guest relations per standards.
• Conduct food safety audits and provide ongoing coaching.
• Share in cash procedures, deposits, and shift handovers.
• Oversee daily inventory, opening/closing and kitchen readiness.
• Provide hands-on training for crew and daily performance monitoring.
