Job summary

Subway Shift Manager plays a key role in delivering a superior guest experience while ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation. You will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and control inventory to support smooth shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training team members, coordinating scheduling, maintaining equipment, handling paperwork, and upholding brand standards across all shift activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to work any area of the restaurant and operate the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and attractive.
• Control inventory and schedule/supervise staff.
• Cascade training to Sandwich Artists on responsibilities.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working order during shifts.
• Complete paperwork as needed.
