Job summary

Subway is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will focus on delivering a superior guest experience, ensuring quality food preparation and service, and maintaining a clean, efficient dining area.

You will also be responsible for inventory control, scheduling, and supervising staff with an emphasis on teamwork and training. The role requires 1 year of restaurant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Keep the restaurant clean, functional and visually appealing.
• Control inventory and manage supplies.
• Schedule and supervise staff and cascaded training to team members.
