Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, supervising staff, and keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and efficient.

Your day will include training Sandwich Artists, managing inventory and paperwork, and coordinating with the team to deliver great food and a welcoming experience. Shifts vary by location (day/evening/weekend). Compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff and scheduling.
• Ensure guest experience is excellent and food is prepared and served properly.
• Maintain inventory control and proper paperwork.
• Operate the Point of Sale system during shifts.
• Keep the restaurant clean, functional, and presentable.
