Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts and manage team members to ensure remarkable guest experiences.
• Coordinate opening/closing tasks and staff breaks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Coach team on packaging, portion sizes, and workflow to maintain quality.
• Plan and prepare for catering orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage call-outs and arrange shift coverage to maintain service levels.
• Monitor product quality and accountability; use coaching tools as needed.
• Operate back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house tasks to support flow.
