Jersey Mike's Subs in New York is looking for Shift Leaders to support the management team and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience.

This on-site role offers 35–40 hours per week with an hourly wage of $17–$18 plus tips. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, 401(k) matching, paid training, free employee meals and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• 1 Year QSR experience.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the management team to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Produce high quality food and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Develop others for career growth and lead a crew of 2–5 per shift.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Open and close store responsibilities and handling operational checklists.
