McDonald’s Corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring Quality, Service and Cleanliness. You will supervise crew and fellow managers during shifts and help plan, monitor, and communicate tasks to meet targets.

This role requires prior leadership experience in hospitality or retail, a flexible schedule, and the ability to foster a positive team environment in a high-volume setting at 18 years or older.

Qualifications

• Shift Managers lead shifts weekly, providing directions to crew and other managers to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Experience in leadership roles within fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including peak hours.
