Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise crew, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service. You will drive performance, manage shift tasks, and uphold Food Safety, Quality, and Customer Experience standards.

Experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality is preferred. A flexible schedule and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment are required to help the restaurant meet targets and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Ability to train and coach team members to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
• Plan for each shift and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
