McDonald’s is hiring a Shift Manager to lead restaurant teams and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. You will oversee shift planning, train crew and other managers, and work to meet targets during your shift in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience in hospitality or retail, and are 18+ with a flexible schedule to support a busy McDonald’s operation.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Ensure quality, service and cleanliness standards are met for customers.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
