Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Spring, TX is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, on-site role. You will oversee daily shift operations, support a team, ensure safety, and provide excellent customer service to customers choosing wash packages and memberships.

We offer paid training, performance bonuses, and promote from within. This is an active, non-desk position with opportunities to grow into management as you lead a fast-paced operation and foster a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Available evenings and weekends, with emphasis on shift coverage.
• Must pass a background check and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
