Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader 521 to drive daily shift operations and support a motivated team in a fast-paced car wash environment. The role emphasizes active leadership, service excellence, and hands-on participation in opening, closing, and operational tasks.

The position offers paid training, room for advancement, and a chance to grow into management within a growth-oriented company. You’ll work outdoors, be active on the job, and help deliver quality wash experiences.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
