Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer.
• ServSafe / Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Willingness to learn, then coach.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Producing food that meets Jersey Mike’s high quality and consistency standards.
• Delivering the complete Jersey Mike’s guest experience.
• Leading by example with professionalism, urgency, and integrity.
• Managing cash handling and key-holder responsibilities.
• Opening and closing the restaurant.
• Enforcing policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Maintaining a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others.
• Leading and managing a crew of team members.
• Participating in local and national marketing initiatives.
• Helping build sales through execution, service, and teamwork.
• Developing team members for future growth and advancement.
• Completing and following the Learning Management System (LMS) training program.
• Communicating effectively with the GM, ASM, and Other Managers.
• Operating with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
