Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produce high quality food and maintain Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience and manage cash handling.
• Follow the Training Program and develop others for growth.
• Enforce policies and participate in local and national marketing initiatives.
