• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role or properly trained to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Shift Leaders are expected to maintain flexible availability.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Leads shifts with energy, ensuring brand standards and guest connections.
• Manages operations, cash handling, and store safety.
• Trains and coaches teammates on roles, products, and promotions.
• Optimizes sales while controlling waste and maintaining a clean, inviting coffeehouse.
• Ensures timely shift hand-offs and adherence to SOPs.
