Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchise, is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and solve problems; seek help when appropriate; and provide guidance to teammates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
