RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a winning team on a fast-paced shift, guiding food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift by setting a cheerful, can-do tone and directing food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Drive Operational Excellence by training staff to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards; manage inventory and store processes.
• Model Communication & Accountability by relaying updates from leadership, monitoring tasks, and providing feedback to drive results.
