McDonald’s is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will oversee shifts, uphold the brand’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and ensure a positive guest experience with efficient operations.

Experience in leadership roles is preferred, with a flexible schedule to support peak times and events. As a Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding crew and other managers, maintaining safety and profitability, and meeting daily

Qualificações

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for every customer.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and hand off to the next Shift Manager to run a great shift.
• Meet targets for shifts and for associated departments.
• Manage Food Safety, Inventory, Daily Maintenance, Scheduling, Training and Customer Service.
