• Coach and train team on responsibilities, product knowledge, promotions, and recipes.
• Oversee bank deposits, inventory, and product orders with integrity.
• Own the shift and ensure smooth hand-offs to the next shift.
• Maintain store safety and adherence to standard operating procedures.
