Amorino Cambridge is hiring a Shift Leader to guide an energetic customer-service team in a fast-paced gelato shop. You will lead shifts, model professionalism, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service.

This role offers part-time hours, opportunities for quick growth, a flexible schedule, and tips plus performance bonuses. You’ll train staff on opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace.

Schedule Requirements

Our operating hours are 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with closing shifts ending around midnight.

• Flexible availability is required
• Must be available evenings and weekends
• Must have availability through September

This role is ideal for someone who can commit to a regular part-time schedule and takes their work responsibilities seriously.
