Aramark is seeking a Team Leader at the U of Mississippi Twin Towers C-Store to lead daily food preparation, supervise line staff, and ensure quality customer service on a campus dining location.

You will train team members, manage stations, maintain safety and sanitation, and support catering and events as needed. This on-site role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and a commitment to serving students and staff.

• Food Service Experience preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting/transporting hot food items.
• Ability to work inside kitchen area, interact with heated equipment, steam, loud noise, chemicals and other at risk conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of daily food preparation and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Responsible for use of accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving customers.
• Alert management and pull items that do not meet quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers as they approach and leave the serving line.
• Ask customers about service quality and handle complaints with a positive attitude.
• Coordinate and assist in maintaining a clean work station (floors, areas, equipment, walls, refrigerators).
• Ensure work areas and serving utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
• Dispose waste from the service line accurately.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas by hand or cart.
• Assist with daily safety observations and report hazards to management.
• Cross-train in areas as needed.
• Able to work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
• Perform tasks as requested by the manager weekly/monthly.
• Lead line staff to ensure timely service; request support for sanitation issues when needed.
