Qualifications

• Great customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Food service experience preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting/transporting hot food items.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of food preparation and dating of products.
• Coordinate setup and breakdown of stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items before serving customers.
• Alert management and remove items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and address feedback with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean workstation and sanitation of utensils.
