Aufgaben

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production records.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality per policies.
• Ensure safe, organized storage of food items.
• Maintain serving schedules and follow menu specifications.
• Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes.
• Maintain accurate weekly inventory.
• May prepare orders to ensure accurate production.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel and mentor growth.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Train/mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs and preventative checklists.
• Recommend replacement of existing equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
• Fill in for absent employees as necessary.
• Stay informed about daily catering events and deliveries.
• Attend food service meetings and maintain staff communication.
• May perform cashier duties if needed.
• Promote good public relations.
• Occasionally work night/weekend catered events.
