Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all inmate staff on shu cart, dish machine, pots and pans area.
• Ensure temperature logs are filled properly throughout shift.
• Maintain dining facility cleanliness per Army Standards.
• Enforce Workplace Safety protocols and Standards.
• Ensure employees handle chemicals and wear PPE.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are completed per Army Standards.
• Conduct duties in an orderly and professional manner per Southern Foodservice code of conduct.
