Job summary

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Sisters of Charity in Leavenworth, KS. Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks are completed according to policy and safety standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward or address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
