Qualifications

• Provide training, create work schedules, and evaluate performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety goals.
• Serve as liaison for employee inquiries and time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop staff, encouraging advancement within the company.
