Job summary

KIND LLC in High Point, North Carolina is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced food manufacturing and packaging team. You will mentor staff, monitor safety and quality, and ensure a great customer experience through efficient operations.

Collaborating with engineering and maintenance, you will optimize production processes, leverage SAP for inventory control, and guide continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams in a high-volume process, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with GMPs, HACCP, FDA or FSSC guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production process leads and team members in a high-speed food manufacturing and packaging environment.
• Conduct safety audits and visual checks, champion safety and ergonomic activities for the department.
• Utilize resources to maximize output, minimize waste, improve capacity and maintain product quality.
