Whataburger in Denton, TX is hiring a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and team success. You’ll supervise shifts, coach crew, and ensure top service while controlling costs and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

This role offers weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to sharpen leadership skills, develop shift-management capabilities, and contribute to a positive, high-performing kitchen and dining

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours, and dependable attendance.
• Stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs, and meet physical demands.
• Experience coaching or leading teams; strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• ServSafe Food Certification (or ability to obtain during training).

Mansioni

• Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate Family Members to ketchup quickly and seasoned pros turn up the heat.
• Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and basic inventory processes.
• Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
• Foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Prepare, lead, and transition shift operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
