Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced restaurant or retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and guest service.
• Lead shifts, supervise 3–15 employees depending on need, and motivate the team.
• Train and coach team members to ensure consistent service standards.
• Oversee food preparation, order accuracy, and service quality.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and shift reporting.
• Monitor inventory, assist with orders, storage, and waste control.
• Forecast needs to minimize waste and maintain product availability.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and a safe work environment.
