Qualifications

• Requires 6+ months of food service, restaurant, retail, coffee, or hospitality experience (1+ year preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shop operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Coach and support Team Members through real-time feedback and training.
• Assist with inventory counts, supply management, cash handling, and daily documentation.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.
• Openings/closings and daily task coordination to uphold shop standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
