Job summary

Salt & Straw in San Francisco is hiring Shift Coordinators to support daily shop operations, assist team members during shifts, and create memorable guest experiences.

You will coordinate opening and closing tasks, coach teammates, deliver outstanding customer service, assist with inventory, cash handling, and maintain food safety and cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of food service, restaurant, retail, coffee or hospitality experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 3 shifts per week minimum, including 2 closing shifts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shop operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
• Coach and support team members throughout each shift.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
