Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (preferred or required at specific locations).

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Ensure quality of the food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
