Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader at our Snyder, NY location. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate staff, maintain a clean, safe store, and ensure excellent guest experiences during daytime hours.

You should be 18+, able to pass a background check, and able to work varied hours including early mornings. ServSafe certification is preferred before leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Collaborate with the GM to manage store operations and ensure quality.
