Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Avon, CT is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations and lead a team focused on guest satisfaction. You’ll help set the team’s morale, open and close the store, and ensure quality and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule, with no evenings or nights, and competitive pay. Eligible benefits include PTO after 90 days, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401K plan with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred or required at certain locations.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
