Bruegger's Bagels in Avon, CT is hiring a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in driving a superb guest experience. You will lead, coach, and motivate the team, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures while upholding product quality and store cleanliness.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, must be 18+, and availability for varied hours, including early mornings and weekends. ServSafe certification is preferred or to be obtained during training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Oversee quality of food and beverages and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Possess or obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion.
