Bruegger's Bagels in Avon, CT is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, motivate the team, and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, coach staff, and help maintain quality and a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training is preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and guidance to staff as needed and help set the morale of the team.
