Bruegger's Bagels in Avon, CT is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team, open and close the store, and uphold quality for a great guest experience.

You will work varied hours (early mornings, weekends), must be 18+, pass background checks, and possess or be able to obtain ServSafe certification. Flexible schedule and generous tips are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or able to obtain prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid state driver's license is preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Help maintain quality and a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
