Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours across early mornings, including weekends.
• Must pass background check where required by law.
• ServSafe Certification required or ability to obtain before leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and maintain store morale.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain safe, clean store environment.
• Support career growth by taking on leadership responsibilities and training others.
