Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Troy, MI is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. You’ll open and close the store, supervise staff when needed, and uphold food safety and cleanliness.

You’ll work with the General Manager to set the tone, guide teammates, and advance your career within Bagel Brands. We offer a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, and benefits including 401K match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as required by law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver’s license (preferred but location dependent).
• Tip eligibility is subject to state regulations.
