Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in West Lafayette, IN is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will help set the morale, coach teammates, and oversee opening and closing with minimal supervision while ensuring food quality and a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver's license; preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team for a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to rise within the company as many GMs started as Shift Leaders.
