Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader in West Lafayette, IN. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean, safe store.

The role offers a flexible schedule with no evenings or nights, plus benefits like PTO after 90 days and a 401K match. Qualified candidates must be 18+, able to work varied hours including early mornings, pass a background check, and hold a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours and weekends as business dictates (early hours up to 3am possible).
• Must pass background check under applicable laws.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to completion of leadership training.
• Current valid driver’s license preferred or as policy requires.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food/beverage quality and a clean, safe store environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Opportunity to grow from Shift Leader to General Manager over time.
