Bruegger’s Bagels in Pittsburgh is seeking a Shift Leader to support the store—motivating the team, coaching staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role involves opening/closing with minimal supervision and maintaining food quality in a clean, safe environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, being 18+, and passing background checks; ServSafe certification is required before leadership training, with a driver’s license preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).
