Job summary

McAlister's Deli is seeking an Hourly Manager to oversee daily operations and provide leadership during shifts. The Team Leader will supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring quality, safety, and cleanliness while managing labor costs and guest satisfaction.

The role includes assisting with training, addressing guest comments, and opening/closing in the absence of senior management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising shifts preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team during shifts to ensure standards.
• Assist in managing FOH/BOH operations and labor costs.
• Handle guest comments and complaints and escalate when needed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
