Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; flexible availability to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Leads shifts with commitment to Make Fun Happen, keeps energy up and on track.
• Oversees product sales, waste control, and a welcoming coffeehouse environment.
• Knows deployment for the day and communicates on the floor to keep shift moving.
• Trains team in responsibilities, product knowledge, promotions, and guest requests.
• Handles administrative tasks like bank deposits, inventory, and product orders.
• Develops Team Members through coaching and feedback on the spot.
