Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver excellent guest service. You will set the tone, guide food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling while coaching associates and resolving guest concerns.

You’ll drive store performance, develop future leaders, and participate in training to meet safety, inventory, and promotional standards, with a focus on teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Coach team members in real time and provide guidance during each shift.
• Oversee food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling as needed.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
