Job summary

Noah’s New York Bagels in San Jose, CA is hiring a Shift Leader to help manage daily operations, coach team members, and ensure a great guest experience. You’ll work with the General Manager to set the tone and morale, open and close the store, and uphold food quality and safety.

We offer a flexible schedule with no evenings or nights, competitive pay $20–$22/hour, and benefits including paid time off after 90 days, 401(k) with company match, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverage and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Support career progression from Shift Leader to General Manager.
