Job summary

Noah’s New York Bagels in Pinole, CA is hiring a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and running daily operations. You will motivate and coach the team, open and close the store, and uphold food quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to raise performance.
