Job summary

Noah’s New York Bagels in San Jose is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily operations, coach staff, and ensure a warm guest experience. You’ll work with the General Manager to set the tone, motivate the team, and maintain store standards from opening to close.

We offer a flexible schedule, no evenings or nights, and benefits including paid time off after 90 days, tips, 401K with company match, and access to an Employee Assistance Program. Must be 18+ and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification or ability to acquire prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
