Job summary

Noah’s New York Bagels Company in Berkeley, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in delivering a great guest experience. You will coach team members, help with opening and closing shifts, and maintain a safe, clean store environment while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure quality of food and beverage and maintain a safe, clean store.
